Christopher Brann - Owner

In 2004, Christopher Brann and his family made the move to Twin Falls, choosing it as the ideal place to raise their children and grow roots in a strong, welcoming community. Since then, the Branns have been actively involved in local youth sports and have generously donated their time and resources to various nonprofits across the Magic Valley. They truly love calling this community home.

With over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris began his career as a subcontractor, gaining hands-on knowledge of every stage in the homebuilding process. In 2018, he founded CA Homes—a custom home building company rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and family values. Today, he works alongside his son, Aaron, and son-in-law, Joshua, continuing to build not just houses, but lasting relationships.

More than just a family-run business, CA Homes is dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience for every client—from the initial design to long after the project is complete. Their commitment to excellence and personalized service is what sets them apart.

Aaron Brann - Co-Owner

Aaron Brann joined CA Homes in May 2021, stepping into a dynamic role that touches many aspects of the business. From managing marketing efforts and meeting with clients for design selections to ensuring clean, organized job sites, Aaron helps keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.

He finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients bring their vision to life—guiding them through the process and making sure their home reflects their style, needs, and personality.

A Twin Falls native, Aaron grew up deeply involved in baseball, playing from childhood through his graduation from Twin Falls High School. He later earned his associate degree in business from Phoenix College in Arizona.

Outside of work, you’ll find Aaron enjoying the outdoors—whether it's on the golf course or fishing with family and friends.

Joshua Decker - Land Development Manager

Joshua began his career in his home state of Arizona, working as a Land Surveyor for five years before serving as a Project Coordinator with Holder Construction, a multi-billion dollar construction firm. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and brings a strong foundation in both field and project-level construction experience.

As Land Development Manager at CA Homes, Joshua plays a vital role in preparing properties for successful home builds. His responsibilities include conducting site evaluations, collaborating with local agencies on site design, securing necessary permits, and ensuring all development meets regulatory and construction standards.

With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Joshua brings valuable insight and technical expertise to the team—helping ensure each project moves forward efficiently and meets CA Homes’ high standards of quality.
